- I had to get 4 teeth extracted. That pained a little. But I got to have ice-cream and kebabs so nevermind 😁
- It takes a while for your mouth to ajdust with it. So you will face difficulty while talking , you can often spit (embarassing ik) . This will happen again when you get your braces removed as there is a change again. Even the way you smile changes
- Food : I couldn’t have spicy food for a long long time as the metal would get my cheeks n tongue cut and bleed and spicy food would affect the sensitive areas . Also say no to chips n chicken , they will get your brackets detached. I used to eat pizza and all. That didn’t damage my braces. You can eat chocolates and cakes etc . Remember every damage will increase the cost. And you don’t want that. My total expense was 55k. Including 3–4 damanges
- Trust your dentist and follow what he/she says. As on removal of braces they will give you another removalable plates so that your teeth remain aligned. As our process is going against the nature , the teeth will tend to come back to their original position.
- It will not hurt the other person while kissing if you do that right😅. So be careful , but also enjoy the precious moments of your life☺️
- Lastly , I lost almost 4–5 kgs at the start as it would hurt so I slept without having my dinner. Please don’t do the same mistake , take care of yourself.
- Please go for it. It’s worth the pain and money. Ceramic ones are expensive but are as effective as the metal ones.
